I would never go to this place again. I thought I would kill two birds with one stone but I was hit with the rock. I set an appointment with USA preflight so I said I could get business cards while I waited so I couldn’t get any help when I did I could say this first person was friendly but no help the second person wasn’t un friendly but kind of oh your here guess I can help you so in waiting I said I would go to tsa only to find out they were at lunch ok guess I’ll wait some more after waiting an hour to finally get a chance made my order then they said I would have to wait until tomorrow ok that’s fine I came back 2 days later to pick up order and they said you will have to wait 20 mins already angry and I went on my lunch break the Pearson said or you can cancel your order I said fine just cancel I don’t wanna come back here and wait again a waste of time that promo “easy” they have is a easy lie stick to the company I been using for office needs thought they would be convenient

My online postcard order was ready on time. In fact, I'd paid extra to be sure it would be ready early, but received a refund because I hadn't needed to do that. Service was prompt and extremely courteous.

Ordered a banner from Staples and had a great experience! The employee was super helpful throughout the process, and placing the print order was quick and easy. The final product looked great—highly recommend!

I was looking for a local location to make some copies of some documents and Staples pulled up. I decided to try them out for the first time. It was definitely a waste of time because, 1st-Only 2 printers were available as I noticed, one of the printers a customer was trying to figure it out. 2nd- The other printer was malfunctioning, so asked the associate that works near by the counter where the packages get dropped off. After several times to get his attention, he finally acknowledged me and came over after 5 minutes or more. The associate had shut down the printer and restart it, so I waited. I noticed that the associate was on the phone with a customer with info, several customers at the counter, customer trying to get his attention to help at the other printer. As I looked at the printer I was waiting to restart, the screen showed that it will be 15 minutes to restart, so I decided to go to FedEx Office Print & Go instead, since it was about 15 minutes away and I know for sure someone will be there to help me. My opinion and observation is the printing area is messy, short staff, before opening your doors someone should be checking that everything works, clean, stocked up. This is way too much work for one associate to be responsible for, pretty sure he had to do other things behind that counter, like make orders, Print labels and so on. I will definitely not be coming back to Staples, because after I went to FedEx, I was in and out with no issues. God bless the associate that was working at Staples and trying to keep it together.

I can take care of all my office needs in one place. The process is simple and the quality is great! The employees help you do it all as needed. I simply said what I was hoping to get and they made it happen!
