I am incredibly late writing this review but the experience I had with Ashauni at the Euless Staples was one I'll never forget and I want to ensure she is recognized. Back in October of last year, my best friend's mother passed away rather unexpectedly. I was responsible for pulling together most of the arrangements for the memorial including several things that needed to be printed in a very short amount of time including a program and several large format photos that needed to be foam core mounted. I was an absolute mess throughout this process and spent a good many hours up at the work table at the STAPLES store trying to get things pulled together and ready. And Ashauni wasn't just a partner, she was a calm, steady force that kept me grounded and on task. She answered all of my questions and somehow--SOMEHOW--everything got done on time and with exceptional quality. I don't know what she did the times I left the store, other than probably fix all of my files and work to prioritize my jobs so they would be done in time. The thing is, I didn't NEED to know what she did....because I knew it was going to get done. And when it comes to preparing for a memorial service, there is no margin for error. I remember telling her when I picked everything up that I hoped she realized how important her job is, and how grateful I was for her professionalism and kindness. She isn't just a printing professional at STAPLES. She singlehandedly helped ensure a beautiful woman was celebrated by her friends, family and so many others who loved her. Thank you Ashauni for everything! I'm more grateful than you'll ever know!

Hey long haired dude, get off your butt and help instead of sit and point. Maybe, carry the heavy box to the next counter after you pointed to the station while barking the same information that she clearly didn’t understand. Customer service.. that’s..part…of… your… job… and your sidekick was just as useless. 2 of you behind the counter. Shame on you long haired dude! And I’m from the 80’s, long live long hair 🤘 so no, that’s not the problem with you. You & your sidekick are lazy. Point your way to a new job please.

Worst service. One time I had to go get 25 invitation cards printed. Male worker there told me, they are very busy come back after 3 days. But I needed the cards same day. He told me it’s to more than double the charges. Since I was desperate and agreed. I timed him from start to finish it took him 3 mins 11secs to print 25 cards and check out. I showed him how long it took him and how much he charged. He was rude and very unprofessional and told me that’s how it’s going to be.

I had to return something from Amazon, and my daughter sent me a label that I had no idea how to print inside the store. The young man in the printing area helped this 58 year old, and I am so appreciative of his kindness. Such amazing service to take the time to help! Thank you! Thank you!!

Cashier, Kayla, had a line of customers & didn’t seem knowledgeable at all. I asked her to call another associate to come up and assist. To help get the line down and allow me & another customer to do ann Amazon return-which Staples is an approved company for drop off. What I get is attitude and was told “they are paying customers and I’m only doing an Amazon return”. Well you’ve lost my business for damn sure because I have been a paying customer for years! Retail isn’t for you…especially if you cannot multitask.
