Coming to this store is such an headache. Just by coming in here I can tell management don’t care about the company or its employees. How i know: - why is that different employees don’t kno how to operate a register when a customer has a gift card. I’ve been in here enough that I have to tell the how to do there job. - why is that the employees don’t kno how to take a security lock off an item when YALL are the ones that put it on there. Again, I had to show them how to remove it cause 2/3 employees couldn’t do it. - why is employees asking other people were things are because they’re not aware of what’s inside their store I literally had to spend my money because there system is new or down and wouldn’t take a gift card that I had $20 on it. Like who is the manager? Are yall not going thru training? Why is it taking me 30 minutes to checkout cause employees don’t have a clue how to operate there system.

Naia was SO amazing! She was very attentive to me and every customer that needed help. She is very detail oriented and exudes a professional demeanor with the customers. She did a great job helping with flyers today. Great job!

I had an order that printed incorrectly and asked Bill and Gavin for assistance. Rather than chalk it up to user error in my submission, they went above and beyond to print me a new copy on the spot at no extra charge, despite being short staffed and not assigned to the printing team. Thank you both for making this so easy!

So rude. Associate refused to help because she said they were closing soon. Me and another customer tried our best to help and associate made us leave mid-print. Incredibly rude. Never seen anything like it.
