I come in about once or twice a month for printing and Mayu has always been the biggest help. She’s knowledgeable about everything, patient and most importantly, extremely kind and friendly. I come back because i have to print things, but Mayu makes it a pleasant experience.

How does this place stay in business? I placed an order to print 6 pages of black and white copies at 9am, and they're telling me they won't have them ready until 5pm because they are busy with lots of work. But they could skip the line for $20. Even though I'm the only person there. And their machines are not even working or printing anything as we speak. If they're behind in printing services, you clearly need more people.

Derrick is extremely helpful at the office depot at south lamar. Usually, I have to print out papers( I usually have trouble) and for the first time ever I was greeted and helped out to print my stuff out quickly. He’s a super friendly employee and seems to be eager to work. I never been helped out there like that before. Thank you derrick for making me want to come back and feeling welcomed!

This review is in response to the review posted by MissCertifiedKicks. I frequent this store for business and my experience is always pleasant. All the staff is usually super friendly and helpful. I was in the store almost the entirety of the interaction with her and the employee. I have to say I have never heard someone speak so unhinged or disgustingly to another human being in my entire life. Not only did she return the staffs gracious questions with rudeness, she also threatened her with violence by saying she was about to "ring her neck". We as a society should be better to each other, especially when certain individuals only want to help you. Don't judge this store off one bad apple. Everyone is kind here.
