Needed to get something printed for a colleague attending a conference at the hotel so that they could pick it up. Josh and Penny were incredibly helpful by phone and really saved the day! Very grateful for all the support they provided!

They add a processing fee for prepaid packages (this location only). Go a block or two north on Congress for a full service option. Also this location is on the 5th floor of the JW Marriott. Not the location in the pictures. Staff was still nice!

Very nice people and always there to help with everything they can with. I needed to print the return lable and pack the box properly. I am sorry but I forgot the name of the person who helped me. He was great help. I will surely recommend this location.

Great service and helpful - Chris did a great job fulfilling my unique printing request. He assisted with formatting my diagram for large-scale printing to ensure proper rendering while optimizing the scale to minimize printing costs.

Very frustrating experience. I came in for a simple print/ship request and ended up waiting a long time with barely any help. The staff seemed rushed and unorganized, and I had to repeat what I needed multiple times. My order was still incorrect (wrong paper/format), and when I pointed it out, it felt like an inconvenience instead of something they wanted to fix. The store also wasn’t very clean and the self-serve area was out of supplies. I won’t be returning to this location.
