Robert Robert he’s our man if he can’t do it NO ONE CAN! I looked at a ton of print spots in town and the service that I receive from Robert is one in a million. So personable, made sure my photo was legible which most people would have just printed and moved on, but not him, he made sure it was perfect. He is so friendly and literally knows all the regulars by name you rarely get that at a big company store but he makes it feel like your hometown print shop!!!! Will definitley be sending out all packages from here and coming to him for all my printing needs !!!!!! Thanks ROBERT!!!!!!!!!

Gentleman I spoke with on the phone was able to get me in touch with the correct person to get my issue resolved, thank you! Edit: I spoke with Mario at this location, he was able to get me sorted out. Corporate - Give this man a raise! Thanks Mario!

Tried to self print and it was erroring and not working. Charged my card $25 for no print. Asked the employees about it and they said they'd help and ten minutes later no help. Waited forever to try and print w the staff but they were talking and socializing w customers and doing other projects instead of helping. Didn't even get a receipt for the prints I didn't get.

Scott and his team always go above and beyond with our printing needs. They greet me by name every time I walk in, which makes the experience so personal and welcoming. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to guide me through the areas of graphics and printing I’m not familiar with. Their customer service and attention to detail make all the difference — highly recommend and THANK YOU!

First time shipping something and I’m only going here from now on. I was helped by Penny, she was so unbelievably sweet, and funny too! Really changed my mood after a long day at work. She immediately got my package labeled and shipped- she alleviated so much stress, as I was suppose to mail it earlier. If you’re a procrastinator like me, go here and hopefully Penny’s working- she’ll hook you up! Thanks, Penny and FedEx staff!
