I’m here to talk about store experience, not necessarily the products that they sell. This was by far the most incredible Office Depot I’ve ever been in. The presentation of product, how clean it was, how organized it was, makes it the envy of all other Offie Depots that are in giant gutted out storefronts. The staff was friendly, and I was able to find everything I needed a timely manner. Kudos to this team for keeping this store looking great. If you want see what an amazing office supply store can look like, this is it.

This is a flagship Office Depot location in downtown Austin. I was just walking by and noticed the revamped look. I walked in to see how it is well organized and clean compared the older locations. All of the sections of the store are clearly marked for customers: Printing Services to left, Shipping, Workplace furniture to the right , and Supplies in the back. All of the sections are so clearly marked that It’s hard to get lost in this place. All the shelves are well stocked and very tidy. The employees are helpful to customers.

People at the print station needs training on costumer service and pretty sure they need more people there. Tried to print a presentation for work and she just keep saying my design was wrong when she just needed to adjust the printing settings... Rocksana just disappeared and let me there for like 15 min until other younger lady came and help me and it was at this very point when they tell me they were not gonna be able to print it until the next day, if they would've been tell me that since the beginning it wouldn't be such a waste of time....

Staples had the product I wanted and promised free shipping and a quick delivery. I received the free shipping but the delivery was only partially successful. Was told Thursday I would have a Friday delivery. Friday I was told my ordered was "out for delivery". But then told there was a delay. My order arrived Monday. I'll go to Office Depot next time.

Not the spot to order prints. Absolute ghost town. Second time I’ve ordered prints where it wasn’t available in the bin, nor was there anyone to ask for help. Eventually found someone else to go look for someone (had to ask twice), and they brought out the prints printed portrait even though the file was landscape. Recommend buying a printer and doing it at home before doing it here.
