Went for my TSA precheck/CLEAR+ appt. The kiosk is located at the back wall inside the the store. I arrived just after my appointment (thanks Apple Maps) but the Staples associate, Roni was so helpful and informative. She was kind, patient, & explained the process thoroughly. We need more Roni’s in this world!

I had an excellent experience completing my TSA PreCheck enrollment at Staples Store 1223 thanks to Roni. The entire process was quick, professional, and extremely well organized. Roni was friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything easy from start to finish. She explained each step clearly, kept the appointment moving efficiently, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the visit. What could have been a stressful or time-consuming process turned into a smooth and pleasant experience. I truly appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude Roni brought to the appointment. If you need TSA PreCheck enrollment services, I highly recommend visiting this Staples location and asking for Roni!

Went for a TSA pre-check. Lotta people was there without appointments. I would highly suggest making an appointment. Roni was very helpful and showed me exactly what I needed to know about the CLEAR app and the TSA pre-check. Lotta angry people that did not have appointments once again. Highly suggest you make an appointment.

I scheduled a TSA appointment for Thursday, May 7th and arrived 5 minutes late due to traffic. Roni (TSA) was very helpful and put me in the next available spot. Roni helped me through the entire process and I was out in 10 minutes. I appreciated her professionalism and kind understanding.
