I will never go back to this store again. The rudest associates I have ever experienced. Walked in and went to one counter while associate on the phone and did not interrupt her. After 2-3 minutes she starts motioning me to other side of store like I’m a dog. I go over there and no one at front register. Wait and another associate walks up while on her tablet and I ask if this is where I return Amazon. She asks me to wait and after a minute of her doing something else processes return. I asked for a receipt and she says I’ll get an email. I’ve been waiting and no email. No confirmation in my account and no email. Do not shop at or try to return goods through this store. You’ve been warned. There were like 2 other customers in the store so I wasn’t looking for some special service.

This store snatched success from failure and should be commended. Apparently their cutting machine has issues and they need to call some tech to come out and fix it every time. And it backs up their orders. This isn't the people who works there's fault, it's Staples fault for having this kind of contract that doesn't automatically just have the tech dispatch to the moment that there's a problem. I placed an order at 10:30 a.m. for two lots of 1000 business cards. I called it 4:00 because I hadn't heard anything and I was told online that it was the same day if ordered before noon. They apologized and prioritized my order to make it right. Even as the day was over and the store was closing. For this reason they get five stars. Everyone makes mistakes, things happen. But when you make it right, you should be acknowledged (Staples corporate if you're listening) and rewarded.

Staff was not very interested in assisting. Came here to drop off Amazon returns. Waited for about 20 minutes before anyone came and helped. Store was very empty.

I ordered my brand stickers i need for my business on staples, i place an online order for the stickers i put the photo in correctly. The next day i go to staples to pick up my stickers, i get the bag, once i arrive home i had to do orders and when i was ready to put my business stickers i see that they had print out the sticker part wrong. The stickers isn’t on my designs, it’s halfway on the design & there’s a thick white like that’s in between then reaches to the next sticker besides. I had to improvise since i was in a rush and cut through a few things. Majority of the sticker/label didn’t go on. Super disappointed. Where i outlined is where the sticker is.
