I had an amazing experience with Darriel at Staples. She guided me with such patience and strong teaching skills that made me feel confident and capable—even though I didn’t really know what I was doing at first. She took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step. It’s rare to find someone who not only helps but truly empowers you while doing it. Because of Darriel, I walked away feeling smarter and more confident. I truly appreciate his support and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Print and marketing department is the absolute worse! I’ve been to this location multiple times before because it’s close to my house but I always end up having to go across town to another location due to their lack of help! They always are so quick to direct you to the self service stations. I specifically told the lady I did not mind waiting and she was still persistent on telling me to use the self service stations! Absolutely ridiculous! Definitely need better customer service there especially why am I being redirected to use self service and there are 5 people standing behind the counter not working on anything , but said they’re working on orders . This location definitely needs to do better in the print and marketing department! The rest of the store is amazing and always get good service but not in the print and marking department!

Whenever I shop at Staples the expert care I receive is always top notch and on point. Quality Customer's Service is always rendered from Management and Customer's Service Representatives. I find myself recommending this store to my friends and associates they always deliver on demand.

Went to purchase a printer ink and recycle cartridges and of course the regular cartridge was out of stock and who wants to spend $60 when I was expecting to spend $35. As I was leaving the store I went to the entrance only to exit and I began to beep. I asked the girl at the counter why I would be ringing and she said ‘I’m not sure it may be your keys’! Wouldn’t I have beeped entering the store in that case? I went to the correct exit and rang again and it bugged me all day…. As I was entering outside whoever drive the black Chevy parked right up front that hit their car alarm and was nowhere in sight ‘please kick rocks’. Needless to say I won’t be revisiting your product was out of stock and you got people thinking I’m a robber Staples. Come on now, just because I didn’t buy your over priced cartridge!!! I did go down the road and purchase it from Office Depot though.

I'm not sure of their names, but the bigger lady at the printing desk that was wearing cat ears has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I was standing at the desk for about 10 minutes while she stood there and watched someone fiddle with their phone trying to attach a download to an email. When I said excuse me, she just said "wait your turn", even though all she was doing was standing there watching over the ladies shoulder, not helping in any way. I was just there to pick up an order, already paid. Literally just needed to hand me the package, but she didn't even let me tell her that. I had to go find another worker in a different section just to have them hand it to me. You shouldn't work in customer service if the first thing you say to someone is with an attitude.
