Freeking amazing! I went in the print a bunch of items for a bridal shower and was less prepared than I thought I was. Jerry in the print area helped me figure out what was wrong and helped me finish the project from USB to trimming! Jerry was so incredibly nice! ​

I sent a very small online print order with some special requests, and Scott from the Maple Grove location called me within 10 minutes of placing the order to explain that they couldn't do both lamination and staples. Makes total sense, I didn't really know what I was doing. Scott offered binding as an alternative, and when I offered to pay the difference at pickup (I know binding must cost more than staples), he told me not to worry about it. I never write reviews, but I felt like Scott's customer service was so kind and helpful, he inspired me to start here. Thank you so much for taking the extra minute to help me out!

I'd like to give a shout-out to Alicia at the Maple Grove location for taking care of my small but important order. When a larger poster caused the expected completion to run a week too long, Alicia brought it back to Maple Grove and had it ready same day. Great work, and the product was perfect - thank you, Alicia!

Office Depot in Maple Grove is absolutely wonderful, especially when it comes to printing projects. Every time I’ve worked with them, the quality has been excellent and the turnaround time impressive. They really take the time to make sure everything looks exactly right, whether it’s a small print job or a larger, more detailed project. What truly sets this location apart is the staff. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to answer questions, offer suggestions, and make the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. I highly recommend the Maple Grove Office Depot for any printing needs.

I went here to print my father in-law's pictures for his funeral here, and the staff was extremely helpful and wonderful. They know how to treat and server their customers!
