Carli 9 months agoPurchased a Zody chair for my dad around 10 years ago. Not sure how but he managed to destroy the arm pads. Turns out they were still under warranty (just barely). Wendy was able to quickly get the new parts reordered and installed quickly, and it was all covered by the service warranty. And shout out to Devon the “friendly” installer who also set up new lumbar support.
