We used to come to this place regularly for copies and printing our documents. However, after the experience we had with this order, I do not think I will be returning in the future. I am writing this review to help other customers understand what they may experience with this company. I came to Alpha Print with my own ideas, branding, wording, and layout. I provided the company name, text, QR code, email address, and detailed instructions on how I wanted everything to look. I did not come to them for design services. I came to them for printing. Throughout the process, they repeatedly made changes that I did not ask for. Each time, I had to request that they return the design to my original version. Most of our communication was not about creating something new, but about correcting their changes and restoring my own layout. Simple updates, such as replacing the QR code or changing the email address, were treated as design work. Later, I was told that I was being charged for design services and for the time spent communicating. I paid over $100 for 60 business cards and 12 order forms. In my opinion, the print quality was very poor and did not justify the price. The finished products looked cheap, while the cost was surprisingly high. Based on my experience, I will not use this company again, and I would not recommend it to other customers. I encourage anyone considering their services to discuss all costs and responsibilities in detail before placing an order.

This place has become my go to! I do small and fairly simple print jobs and they are so responsive over email and get them done same day usually which is amazing. The prices seem similar to what I’ve seen around. Even when there has been and issue they fix it very quickly. I’d come here just for how responsive they are over email (Alex specifically) and for the quality communication because poor responsiveness and communication has been my main frustration with other shops.

Alpha Print always gives fast and friendly service, not to mention they have great prices! If you're looking for a print job definitely consider coming to this local print shop before going to a chain store!
