Nicest Office Max I’ve ever been in. Been here twice this week. First experience was great. Unfortunately the second time was not as efficient. Needed a manager override on a return and there were no managers around. Not effective use of cashiers time, other customers’ time, and our time. Managers should be more aware of things. Kind of disappointing.

Poor customer service. The cash register person told me they don't know where things are and to ask someone on the floor. But there wasn't anyone on the floor. Though in hindsight I think the floor person was wearing a coat so I couldn't see their Red OfficeDepot shirt. I walked every aisle to find what I needed lol. The worker probably saw me walking every aisle but never offered any help. 1 star.

took them 5 hours to print 2 sheets that i put as a pick up order, asked if i could cancel my order and they just moved me from registers to another area just to tell me that it will be done before 6 pm. 2 printed sheets ordered at 12:54 and got the confirmation email at 5:50. had to get them printed somewhere else, it was just a waste of my time and the lack of help was frustrating.

Donald was my cashier and he was great. Friendly and personable. He told me I had $32.50 in rewards that had built up over time. This go me a free Belkin cord, AND I have points left over!

Tried to return a brand new desk in the unopened box. Would not take it back because I’m one day out side the return window. I spent 3000 on office furniture that day and not willing to take 400 back In returns
