I’m almost at the end of a big binding project….old piano music books, mainly. I’ve brought 5-10 books at a time..the last five were left today for binding, and Ian has been great. He understands the process like a pro, is always pleasant (even when he’s very busy). I know he’ll be a glad as I will be when this project is DONE. Thank you, Ian, for all your hard work in keeping all my music volumes together and in good shape for shipping to Poland. I really appreciate you.

Nice store. Sam and Carmen were two of the nicest store associates I've encountered anywhere.

Easy to order my print job online. It was nicely mounted on foam core, completed when I needed it, and even delivered to the car. Very satisfied!

Dismissive employees with zero intention to help find an item I found listed as available on their website/in their store. After “helping me” try and find this item, ( which was him just standing still behind the counter and not maybe trying to find the 6 available listed on their site,) he sighed, rolled his eyes and said “I mean……..uhhh..yeah.” when I asked if I could simply then check out with him. Everyone seemed to loathe working at this store. It was depressing. It seems to have rubbed off on me…I hope they lighten up, or find a new job.

Terribly dirty, floor, counters all of it. I used self service area, just dirty and disappointing how businesses just do nothing anymore.
