I would like to give this particular FedEx office a 5 star review.. This was the most amazing staff I’ve ever met operating under the management of a humble,caring,thorough,yet considerate young man by the name of JESSE. He welcomed me and my dissatisfied experience with the IDS building FedEx location he helped me initiate , launch, and complete my business order including my dessert business cards and dessert packaging stickers I was satisfied above and beyond my expectations I noticed that the manager Jesse took the time and effort to do my order personally and he seemed very disappointed that I was treated so rude and disrespectful at the other location. His staff greeted me and had the most amazing energy I’ve ever experienced. Jesse and his staff deserve to be the model store of the whole Fed Ex organisation. When I tell you the IDS building gave me no assistance on there computer to aid me in saving my design template to prevent future the time consuming process of editing and redesigning my dessert business name and all associated information that’s needed to start and complete my order. And I am a recurring customer. I have been doing this order once a month for the last 7 months to no avail they told me they could only save my design if I bought a flash drive and saved it and they could only complete my dessert sticker order if I emailed the template directly to the FedEx office all of these things are untrue and misinformation because when I visited the East Lake street location they saved my template , had me sign a document and it’s secured and ready for repeat orders upon my request they also printed my stickers off on a a sheet that peels much easier 1 sticker adult a time no need for cutting each one individually like the IDS stores stickers are. With all that being said I just want to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to this wonderful staff and awesome FedEx store I encourage all customers to go here versus the very mean spirited seemingly prejudice store manager and oblivious staff who did not have any qualms about being rude and insulting to me..I will never take my business anywhere except The FedEx office on East Lake Street. You Guys ROCK!!!!!!

Jesse and Keontae were super helpful this weekend when I came in looking to print some invitations. Jesse walked me through the paper options and we ran a sample, then they both helped me decided on which looked best! 10/10 will be coming back

I was in a bind and needed labels printed last minute -- Tyler and Mar were super helpful when I was having technical issues and ended up taking over the printing for me to make sure they were printed correctly. Super grateful to them and prices are very reasonable!

This is a convenient fed ex parking aways available right in front of the store on lake street. Fed ex is my usual go to for my online sales business.. BUT, lately there dropping the ball the slowest of the main three? Why???

I entered today with my eBay pre-paid package like I do all the time. Well today the male/female employee had an attitude making the ambiance very stressful off the bat. After rolling their eyes after I said dropping off a package. He immediately gave me hassle, asked what it was, I said shoe box, and refused to take it my package. I left. I dropped it off at another Fed Ex location in St. Louis Park no problem. I returned later to speak to the manager. I told the manager I do a lot of business here and let her know about her employees attitude. She immediately questioned me also, telling me they don't take packages in brown paper. Funny, I say because I do this every week. She says it's policy. I said when did this start? No answer. The manager had an attitude also cursing at me to leave her store when I mentioned I would take my business elsewhere and make a review on Google. I do not know why Minnesota tries to keep the people who run their own businesses down by making it difficult to do there job around here... If you look at the screen shot it clearly says "my packaging." Not your box, packaging, etc. Stay far away from this establishment!
