I hate fedex so much. I never use them but I bought a phone and the send it 2 day fedex I said to the lady oh no fedex. she said oh they will get ot too you by Tuesday. today is thursday and the delivery has been delayed another day this. first delivery date was Tuesday now im seeing its bee. delayed till tommorow now its 3 days im sitting on my wifi waiting for them to deliver my new phone. now ill bet they wont even contact me when they get to my apartment building their tracking does not give you exact times. amazon will tell you its 3 stops away. fedex is like between 1030 am and 8 pm. just a horrible company overall

I know it’s just a large mailing company, but this is by far the best FedEx I have ever been too. The second I walked in the door I was greeted by everyone working with a smile. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was just making a drop off and this was an experience that made me want to stay and browse the store. Beyond impressed with the staff here.

I cannot begin to describe the level of incompetence of this company as a whole. Their customer service is non existent. Do not pay extra for over night delivery as it isn’t “guaranteed “. At least that was what I was told by an exceedingly rude employee when I went to find out why my package wasn’t delivered and was being returned to me. No one could give me any answers or appeared to care. I will NEVER use Fed Ex again. They are to delivery what Spirit is to airlines. A nightmare. Do NOT recommend!

I know almost nothing about shipping, but the fella up front helped me and my girlfriend when we had to return a phone and it was all very straightforward and easy thanks to him.

I was very pleased with both the service I received, as well as the service I observed being provided to other customers - making copies, sending packages. Patient, competent and efficient.
