I had other arrangements for a gift fall through last minute and I was able to place an online order and Cynthia (I believe that was her name) was super great in helping me get new posters printed in time for my event! A huge help and she was very nice!

If you buy furniture here (a computer desk, an office chair) be prepared to deal with multiple 3rd parties and some really poor service. Use a temporary credit card number (VAN) if you want to be safe. The store does not actually sell the furniture on display. They will take your contact info. Then somebody from their furniture department in Florida will call you and take your order over the phone. There is no online ordering. Phone call only. You will give your credit card information to somebody in Florida over the phone. They will likely get it wrong and then you will get an email that the charge was declined. Then you'll have to call their customer service. Apparently, this happens all the time, because the very first option in the voice menu is 'Press 1 for declined charges'! Then will you talk to a person from India who speaks a different version of English with a heavy accent (yes, their customer support is outsourced). And give your CC info to that person on the other side of the planet who is not even a subject to US Law. God knows what they will do with that information. This is a huge security risk! Do not use your real CC details. All major cards can give you a VAN. Then they will ship your item via another 3rd party. Who will not deliver it to your actual home. Regardless of the size and weight, there will be just the delivery driver whose job is only to unload it in your driveway. If there are stairs - that's your problem. If the box is heavy (155 lbs in my case) and has a Team Lift sign on it - that's your problem. And if you want your furniture assembled then you will have to deal with yet another 3rd party. Who also operate only via the phone. They are extremely busy and understaffed. You will have to wait 3-4 weeks for their service. They will schedule two possible dates/times (and it will be their choice when they actually come, not yours). Better write it down! You will never hear from them again. No emails, no calls or texts to let you know when they choose to arrive. You will need to be home on those scheduled days and wait for them. I don't know why this store even offers furniture. If you see something you like, just write down the brand and model and order it elsewhere. I'm sure your experience won't be worse than this.

The staff goes out of their way to make sure that the customer finds the items they are looking for. Great Customer Focus. I was helped by Kim, Heather, and Evelyn today. They did a great job and provided excellent customer service. The Rewards program is pretty nice too.
