I love this establishment. I have notecards printed and book marks printed in the past. Awesome job and EXTREMELY reasonable. I have also purchased gifts, journals, craft items, and cards that one can’t find just anywhere. I truly get excited when I have to go there! Staff is friendly and very helpful for your project. Worth the trip and promotes local business!!

When I came here to leave this review, I was honestly prepared to leave a one-star review because of how frustrated I was with my experience today. But as a local business owner myself, I felt it was important to be honest and fair. I sent roughly 100 documents to be printed. Because I’ve had orders get lost in the shuffle before, I called to make sure they had received everything. During that call, I was told they had emailed me. I checked my email while still on the phone and found the message sitting in my spam folder stating that all files had to be PDFs. This immediately stood out to me because this has happened before—emails with questions or issues went to my spam folder, no one followed up with a phone call, and it caused delays and confusion. That’s exactly why I called today instead of just waiting. While still on the phone, I asked why Word documents couldn’t be printed. I was put on hold for about 20 minutes, and then Terry came on the line and explained that because there were so many documents, I would have to pay an hourly fee in addition to the normal per-page printing cost—even though no design work or edits were being requested. I was also told that I could just have FedEx Office print them, watch how they do it, or ask them to explain how they’re able to print that many documents so quickly—so I could come back and share that information with City Blue Print. That honestly caught me off guard. What didn’t make sense to me is that no customer who has ever had items printed—with no edits or design work—would expect to pay more than the per-page printing price. If I send one document, I pay per page. If I send a few documents, I pay per page. But at some unclear point—whether it’s 10 files, 20 files, or 100 files—it suddenly becomes an hourly charge just to print. There was no clear cutoff explained and no real attempt to accommodate the request. I was also told the solution would be to combine everything into a single file, but that wasn’t practical because the documents were different types of content and needed to remain separate. From a business standpoint, this feels like a combination of communication issues and rigid policies. If emails are regularly landing in spam, that points to an email deliverability issue (often related to shared servers or authentication), and there should be a backup process like calling customers when emails go unanswered. That said, I still want to support this business. I send people here regularly, the cashiers are always friendly and helpful, and they are often cheaper than national companies for basic prints and stickers—as long as you don’t need cutting or design edits. I just hope the communication issues and printing policies get clarified, because this experience was unnecessarily frustrating and could be avoided in the future.

Went there with my sister to go print out some missing cat posters because we lost our cat and they printed them and even laminated them and they came out perfectly, but I was surprised when they said there’s no charge. I Thank you guys so much that really helped us. The prints came out amazing and friendly service definitely worth coming back and printing out some things in the future. Thank you guys for your generosity and kindness. I Give You 5 Stars

Despite the glowing five-star reviews, my experience was far from satisfactory. I reached out for pricing on a potential order and was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional response from an employee. I attempted to escalate the issue by speaking with management, but my concerns were dismissed without any effort to resolve them. It’s disappointing to see such a disparity between customer testimonials and the actual service provided. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training to ensure new clients are treated with the respect they deserve.
