The store was clean and comfortable. I never saw any associates walking the floor while I looked for a certain item. However, once I went to the register to ask for help, both that associate and I’m guessing the manager were friendly and the manager searched and retrieved an item for me that hadn’t yet been stocked to the floor.

Sold me a "new" item (valued at $500) that was actually either 1) returned and repackaged or 2) a floor model repackaged. I didn't realize until I arrived home when I opened product (even the box was glued up again) and began putting it together. All parts should have been wrapped in plastic (they weren't) and screws were taped to the foam instead of being in bars. In addition, the clips were already installed and they weren't supposed to be. If they lied about it being new, then shame on them. If a customer returned it, then it shouldn't have been sold as new. Phone support did a partial refund as an apology.

Bad news: We used to have Office Max, & Circuit City among others. This is the best computer & office related retail store in all of Wichita because we just don't have any competition. Best Buy, Walmart and Target still offer some of what this store has but does not compare to over all selection and variety. ONLY 2 bummers about this store really. You have to special order anything to do with a thermal/receipt printer? Wuh? SMH. Meh. Prices are deffinitely up there in comparison to other locations but you just can't find all this offie and computer related goodness in one place, in Wichita. Good news: This is the best computer & office related retail store in all of Wichita! Don't waste your time at Walmart, Sams Club (uhhh... Walmart?), Target or other smaller, and LAMER stores that advertise they have what this store does because they don't! Office Depot has all your office, printer, desktop computer, laptop & similar needs. Especially paper, they have the best selection of quality and speciality paper in a retail, "walk-in and get it!" store in a 250 mile radius. Nice, friendly staff. Helpful and knowledgeable if you count getting directions through the super easy to search isle setup (you really shouldn't have to ask where anything is just walk toward the back in a straight line, glancing to your lef and right. You'll see it all as you pass it). Thanks for hanging in the Office Depot! Get some dang darned thermal/receipt printers on the sales floor please & thank you!

Staff have been consistently helpful and polite every time I’ve been. Great customer service.

One clerk, three lines according to service. Oh man, oh man. Needed a quick print job. Might try the ups store. But alas! Saved by a clerk returning from a different duty, I'm sure. Cleared the que in no time. Think super clerk's name was Spencer. His service saved this rating. They do have good pricing on bulk office supplies though.
