I tried for 10 minutes to use the self serve machines and they wouldn’t work. The staff told me that sometimes they did that. I gave up and asked the staff to print it for me. There was nobody else in the store. I then asked to receive the self-serve price and he told me he couldn’t do that. That is an eight cent difference and I was printing 100 copies. He should have had the authority to do that. Will never return here again.

Kevin was awesome! We were looking for a new office chair as a bday gift and he was extremely helpful to us. Called another store and had them hold the chair for us up front. Great customer service. Great staff. 10/10 experience.

I was just in this store and I wish I would have caught the clerk and the managers name. All I can tell you my purchase was done around 1:15pm 03/18/25. Both of these employees went above and beyond with helping me find an office chair and getting me taken care of. Office Depot you have a couple of great workers there.

The store and staff are excellent. However they require you to now give them your name, phone, email, and address to get simple printing done. Some people don’t mind this invasion of privacy but I do so they lost me as a customer.
