David Diehl a month agoCalled at 8:05 that order was ready for pickup. Arrived at 8:10 to pick it up. Youre closed, you were closed when you called. You just LOST our company's business. Will be going elsewhere.
Remington Crawford 4 months agoComing here is a good lesson about customer service because these people have zero. We came into return a single Amazon item. It was close to closing admittedly, but we still had 5 minutes after we entered the store. The lady in front of us was doing an Amazon return and you could tell the guy was not happy about doing his job. He didn't respond to anything that she said, pretty much ignored her, was very obviously slapping the stickers on in a way to draw attention to the fact that he was so upset that he had to work. When we came up he did the same, ignored what we said and didn't even say hello. Another cashier came over to assist the lady behind us. Instead of saying can I help you ma'am or what can I do for you he said "Let's go" in a very petty way. He was even rougher tearing labels and slapping the stickers and then tossing the return items rather than carrying them like a same person would. He was throwing a temper tantrum in the middle of work because, poor Little man, he actually had to do his job. If you're in customer service and you hate your job you either one leave it at the door or two find a different job, you don't take it out on your customers because now you have to leave work 5 minutes later than you thought. These were both quote unquote grown men that were throwing temper tantrums because they had to do what they were paid to do. Totally unacceptable in any line of business, when the AI replaces these people's jobs it will be a blessing. Two middle aged men acting like petty children upset that they have to clean their room and literally throwing things. Somebody should tell their mothers.
Rachael Blanford 4 months agoI don't usually leave reviews, but there were two clerks that I watched treat customers rudely enough while I was there that I felt compelled to. I came in to make an Amazon return. I did get there 5 minutes before they closed. If I'd had less then 5 minutes, I wouldn't have tried but I thought that should be enough time for a quick Amazon scan return. There was a lady in front of me doing the same. The clerk really seemed to be slapping those stickers on and being a little rough, but whatever, maybe that's just how he does things. I noticed he never said a word to the customer, though. My turn, and I walk up and he doesn't say a thing, just looks irritated. So I set my stuff down along with my pre-printed label. And he starts ripping at his stickers and slapping them on. Another clerk comes up to help the lady behind me do the same thing, and he says to her pretty gruffly "Let's go". Definitely not in a friendly or funny way. She says a couple of clarifying things about the return as he's doing it and he ignores her and doesn't reply to her. Absolutely rude to her, there's no way to explain this away as a misunderstanding. He is even more rough with ripping his stickers and slapping them on, he's throwing things around, roughly throwing the returns into boxes because he obviously wants everyone in the vicinity to know how put out he is by doing returns so close to close. He was throwing a little fit. Honestly, they both were having a little fit, and you wouldn't know it by the way they were acting, but these were two grown men.
Amanda Duncan a month agoFriendly and knowledgable staff who are always willing to help. I had an issue with an order, but I actually never knew about the issue because they fixed it and went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected before I arrived to pick up my print order.
Carrie Ann 6 months agoHonestly I just do Amazon returns here but their always fast and it's convenient because it's across from Meijers(kinda)and around the corner from Target and Kohls.Menards is also close by as well.
