Today I went to go get something laminated. Had been waiting in line for like 10 minutes. A different woman who came well after I did, was prioritized before me because she was ‘just shipping something’, the staples employee suggested that I should keep waiting. I was already in a rush because I had already waited in the Amazon line for like 10 minutes.

I want to personally thank Jasmine for editing and fixing the business cards and Katie great customer service and product knowledge. Both these women rock and deserve a raise like seriously. This is why as a serial entrepreneur I keep doing business this location because they don’t miss a beat

While its hard to get the right stuff for the office, the staff made it perfect for me (JJ). He was beyond helpful and happy to serve. He’s the man! I appreciate him and the time he took to help me with my extensive needs, I was there for almost 2 hours and his patience never ran out. He even carried all of the items to the van, which they were a lot and heavy as well.

The website ordering and in-store pickup experience was truly 5 stars and exactly what I needed. I appreciate having a brick-and-mortar option where I can connect with real people and pick up an item when I need it. That said, the in-store energy falls short. The space feels dated and sparse, which makes it less inviting. For those of us who work from home, getting out is often about connection, not just convenience. A more coffee-house/inspirational vibe, could really elevate the experience and encourage customers to stay, browse, shop more and return more often.

We needed a small print job for a Saturday morning event that started at 9 AM. I am remote and contacted them early on Friday morning. They graciously offered to move it to the front of the queue and saved the day! Everyone was very kind and helpful, and the quality of the work was excellent.
