Very late review, but wanted to share my experience with this store. Up till 2019 before moving to Minnesota I used to go to this store sometimes for things that OfficeMax didn't have or things I needed were cheaper. Employees were great, and helpful to a disabled veteran with mobility issues. In Minnesota there aren't any Staples stores which is sad in my opinion. Just wanted to share my 2¢, and remembered this place going down memory lane in my old age. Lol.

I had forgotten my poster for a recent conference in Denver, CO. I called Staples and they directed me to their website to send a copy of the poster via email to their print shop. The next morning I picked up the poster and used it for the conference. If I ever have another poster presentation in another city I will order it at Staples and have it waiting for me as I arrive!!

I was out of town so decided to have a package shipped to this location for pickup when I returned home. The package was delivered but Staples sent it back because I didn’t pick it up that day. The protocol is to hold for 7 days, I went in on day 4 and it was already sent back. The manager was rude and lied and said the package was never delivered to them. UPS confirmed it was and that they sent it back bc they don’t like to hold packages due to space even when they are supposed to. Now my package is being sent back to the company. Absolutely furious! What is the point of using them as a delivery point?

I had my order canceled because they could not print my business cards. Easy, simple job was not able to be completed. I needed the business cards at a certain time, and now I am going to look bad in front of my clients because I could not get them in time thinking that they could do it. Why have it listed on the web saying they can do it. There was not even a transfer. I really needed them. Thanks to them, I am losing business. I am going with a local provider. I would rather pay a higher price. To a local store then to a corporation that has no loyalty to customers. I will not recommend this store to any one.
