TSA Pre-check service has to improve. The website doesn't have any hours posted and the information from TSA notes walk-ins are welcome. I showed up this morning at 900a. Nope. It is only available 11a-700p. So, I drove 30 minutes out of the way and returned at 300p. Also, nope. There were two people in the store along with me. No one acknowledged me. I walked over and asked if someone could help me. Nope. He said the person responsible for the service was on a 40 minute lunch break. His exact words. On my way out, I stopped at the service desk. I asked why someone would be on a 40 minute lunch break and nothing was posted on the website (remember, it says walk-ins welcome...well not really). He angrily told me the employee was returning in 20 minutes. I said that I was just told it was 40. He cut me off and angrily said, it is 20 minutes and I clocked him out. No, we are sorry or I am sorry that he told you it was 40. Pretty rude and very unhelpful. I am sure appointments are better, but then don't say walk-ins are welcome. I won't return for TSA and definitely won't return for business supplies.

Just did a huge stack of Amazon returns here. The young lady was very friendly and came to tell me where to go (I was in the wrong spot) and then within 5 seconds Bret was over there helping me out! Everyone was very friendly and I had a quick and enjoyable experience 🥰

Had an online order shipped there. Extremely challenging to get the online order to process. After multiple calls because nobody knew what was wrong, finally reached someone that could fix the online order error. It was shipped to this store and arrived on time as they stated. When picking it up I would say the 2 customer service staff at front weren't the friendliest. They could have smiled at best.

I arrived very confused about what printer ink I needed and how much. The associate was patient and walked with me over to exactly the place I needed to be and found exactly the product I needed. I am grateful to have a real human being helping me.

Their female cashier needs to work on her customer service and people skills. After I was trying to help my elderly mother understand the price of a product that showed up on her pin pad the cashier immediately interrupted and yelled at us to "calm down" since we were looking at the price with surprise. My mother was surprised by the price since it wasn't a similar price at other retailers and the cashier then proceeded to treat her as though she were dumb for questioning why paper cost 70 dollars. She let us know we should have expected that from paper and plastic. Rude and unprofessional, I hope she was just having a bad day.
