The interior of this Office Depot stands out for being remarkably well-lit and maintained with a level of care not often seen at other locations. The aisles are organized and the atmosphere is professional, providing a pleasant environment for browsing office essentials. Despite the high quality of the facility, the gift card selection proves to be a deterrent for certain shoppers. While there is an impressive variety of retail and service-based cards—ranging from Apple and Southwest to Lowe's, Nintendo, McDonald’s, and Starbucks—there is a notable absence of products issued by Pathward, N.A. The lack of Visa or MasterCard gift cards makes this location less than ideal for those specifically seeking open-loop prepaid cards. While this is an excellent destination for brand-specific gifts or high-quality office supplies, the specific inventory gap regarding Pathward-issued cards remains a significant drawback.

I was having an issue not understanding why I could not get same-day printing on an order. I called and I can tell the store was busy, but Nate to time to walk me through the issue. He was very kind professional and understanding when we discover that I did not read all of the directions. I appreciate his level of professionalism and this type of customer service.

The quality of the business cards I received were great! Thank you! The service, however, was ATROCIOUS. Office Depot on Lincoln and Alameda has a young, very condescending blonde haired woman behind the Print counter and boy, did I have to restrain myself. She was nasty, her answers were rude and she was very dismissive, in-person and on the phone. She gave me incorrect information, cost me time and money, and couldn't have possibly cared less. Ruined the entire experience for me. I think she's slow. Has to be, otherwise, she has a death wish talking to people crazy like that. Do better Office Depot! I'm going back to Vista Print!

1-8-26 At the incoming jobs desk. As a retired IT person I could have suggested a FIX for your equipment, but I'm not taking anymore jobs! And as a retired Customer Service EXPERT, I could have picked up my trash and said thank you, but DO IT YOURSELF!
