The print quality is honestly fantastic and I like coming here but the customer service is not that great. I usually print on heavy cardstock (for tcg cards) and every time I've gone there, the wait was 3 to 4 hours. I think they're understaffed, especially when the wait is that long. The people are nice and they're working very hard but it is fairly inconvenient to print there some times. Again, great quality and nice people, but having to wait so long only for them to print it in a few seconds can be annoying.

I have been a regular customer of this Office Depot location for months and use the print services frequently for my small business. Unfortunately, I recently had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Jay in the print department. I politely asked for clarification regarding which paper tray to use for self-service printing after receiving different instructions from employees over time. Instead of helping, Jay became dismissive and unprofessional. Another employee was kind enough to assist me and resolve the issue. What was most concerning was that Jay continued speaking negatively about me in front of my child and other employees after the situation should have been resolved. Despite being asked to stop, he continued his behavior. I want to recognize the other staff members who were professional and helpful. However, this experience left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected as a customer. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

Stopped in for a 3 ring binder and some printer/copier paper. The store was busy. Lots of options to choose from for both things that I was looking for. The store was clean and tidy. The staff checking me out were kind and courteous. It was a good experience.

The staff are friendlier and more helpful than management who could use a lesson from their employees. Too often they don't have in store what I want and they tell me to go online. So I don't bother going in person anymore, and just buy from a cheaper online merchant.

Should have read the other reviews. Wasted a trip to this store today. Not only did they not have the gift cards that are on sale.. they didn't even display the sale sign. I am convinced the employees of this store are deliberately hiding these cards. One employee even said "Gift cards don't count towards our store's sales numbers." I see they have responded to other reviewers about this issue but clearly nothing has been done.
