Went inside the store to send something back. The lady was very rude, never acknowledginv or greeting me while standing there. She answers to what seems to be a personal call and continues to talk. Finally, she says What do you need and after telling her/showing her she rudely says, We can't do dat here! Never ending the call. I will definitely would not

My go to for printing jobs, especially for large jobs. I’ve been coming here for years and Missy is always hospitable and knowledgeable about anything printing. She always has a great attitude no matter the request or amount of people asking for services!

I walked in and they helped me right away. I was recycling my old printer and buying a new one. One worker handled the old printer, while the other showed me to the new one and the other went to get what I wanted. GREAT SERVICE! I think I was in and out with all of this in less than 30 minutes.

Kiana (name probably spelt wrong sorry) did a really nice job walking me through how to get my laminated posters printed. She was very busy and multi-tasked very efficiently. 5 star service!

Chaire is in store assembled, not available at any office depot near by, not in stock for shipping, and they won't sell me the floor model. This is how you piss customers off. Update, found a chair and bought a better printer than the one I was about to buy from you on-line while in the store. The benefit of bricks and mortar is your ability to sell what you have on hand. I was happy to pay the premium. I hope you guys learn from this and update your policies.
