I just got home from a conference in Milwaukee and I still can’t stop telling the story about how Jeff absolutely saved the day. Seriously, this guy is SUCH a hero. I wish I could give 10 stars! Our company was exhibiting at a conference and some brand new (and very crucial) flyers didn’t make it to the hotel. Cue the panic! We reached out to Action DDS on a total whim, having no idea if what we needed was even a remotely reasonable request. Jeff was alllll over it! He told me they’d be ready before I even got there. I had just gotten in town and had to get checked in and set up the booth so time was limited. So I asked if he knew the best courier app in the area… and instead, he offered to hand deliver them himself! From full-on conference freakout to calling Jeff to having the flyers in hand was literally 30 minutes or less. And then, as if this man hadn’t already done enough, he showed up with a DOZEN homemade cookies. Like… who is this magical human!? Honestly, the whole thing felt like dream. The flyers were also BEAUTIFUL. Truly great quality and exactly what we needed. I help myself to a cookie which was DELICIOUS and shared the rest with the front lobby staff (who had been helping me hunt down the original missing package) and told them Jeff is their guy if anyone ever asks about a print shop for the next conference. Oh, and he also gave me this awesome calendar mousepad, which weirdly delighted me because I haven’t seen one in over a decade 😂 LOVE JEFF. Highly, highly recommend.

I can’t thank Action DDS enough for their amazing service and hospitality. They digitized a very special book for me, and printed beautiful copies, all while keeping the original in perfect shape! Jeff is a wonderful owner and made me feel right at home with his kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Action DDS for your digitizing and printing needs! Yesterday I had an amazing experience with this printing company. From start to finish, they were efficient, professional, and incredibly accommodating, especially with my very last-minute request. Jeff was phenomenal. I came in with a vision, and not only did they push it through, they took the time to call me back, reassure me, and suggest an even better idea. I’m so glad I trusted them because they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend if you want quality work and people who truly care about the outcome.

I honestly can’t recommend Action Digital Document Solutions LLC enough. I’m out in the Lake Country area, and even with the drive into Milwaukee, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was in a massive time crunch for some high-quality flyers, and the owner truly stuck his neck out for me to make it happen. ​It’s rare to find a printing service in the Milwaukee / Waukesha area that still operates with this much heart and integrity. He treated my last-minute emergency like it was his own and went above and beyond to ensure the project was a success. My first time at Action (copy, scan, print) was phenomenal! Such a professional and welcoming environment, helpful staff, and complimentary girl scout cookies for no other reason than generosity to others. This establishment clearly values its customers and community and I could not recommend it enough!!
