Kym was rude and unhelpful, and bad mouthed other customers behind us while we waited. My boyfriend came in there for a simple print and laminate for a DOT medical certificate, she would not stop questioning why he needed it and why he needed it the specific size, insisted it would be blurry (it wasn’t, she just doesn’t know how to use photoshop), and laminated it TERRIBLY with large edges and air pockets, it can’t even fit in his wallet. Truly a big let down because we’ve had great experiences at this store before. She was rude, unprofessional, cursing constantly, asked us if the customers behind us were still there all because they were waiting patiently and insinuated they were staring at her (they weren’t). Just completely hostile and rude. Avoid this location at all costs.

Kym needs some training at having customer service. She definitely has some good knowledge about working here but she knows nothing about customer experience. I was almost begging her to come check what’s not working for me at the self service print, and she didn’t even attempt once to get up from her chair to come check. Her and the other employee who was working there. Being so stubborn that “if it doesn’t work for you, there’s nothing she can do”. My girlfriend and I had to leave the store upstet since nothing got done.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Carla, the General Manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I ask for her help with printing off some labels she goes, “Did you even try??” I also heard her say to one of her co-workers “Why is she still here?” Referring to me, as I was standing in line for 30 minutes. Justin, the cashier, was extremely helpful and friendly though. This location needs new management as soon as possible. I will never come here again.

We had a great experience today at Office Depot with Derrick! He was quite helpful , assisting us in finding what we needed and getting signed up for the free rewards program. He was very kind and you could tell he enjoyed his work at Office Depot. Derrick deserves a raise and some acknowledgment for being an employee who cares in a time that is lacking the most. We will be back!

Awful customer service. Caucasian lady with dark hair heavyset gray roots refused to help me make copies. I had three pages of front and back copies. She refused to help me until all of her job tasks were done As she flipped her screen towards me while refusing to help. The worst experience ever. 1/8/2026 5:20 suck it Office Depot
