Going to FEDEX is pot luck lately. Some stores have very nice helpful staff. Others it's slow, poor service, they think they're doing you a favor (if you even get that far). I needed some docs printed. The clerk (a lady) was nice in the beginning and things were fine. She started my order right away and I was impressed. I sat at one of the desks and waited, no problem. After waiting approx. 20 minutes, I asked if my print job was ready. She said "let me check". The print job was ready (the printouts were sitting in the printer). I went to pay and needed to apply a discount. Another FEDEX driver picking up boxes (who had nothing to do with the transaction) yelled "give him the uncle ben's discount!". I asked him "who is uncle ben?" he said "you are!" This is a FEDEX employee and I'm a customer making a purchase. I said this is a separate discount. He yelled back at me "I KNOW, IT'S A JOKE!". real arrogant and with an attitude. Like I'm suppose to play along and put up with it. I said OK. Very unprofessional and bizarre. I paid and left. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The printouts were sitting in the printer - for awhile. the clerk went from being very helpful to putting me on a "pay no mind" list. I also requested my print job to be stapled, it was not stapled. I'll need to go through and hand staple the print-outs myself. Good luck going to this one!

Candance was great and did the best she could. Unfortunately, she was the only employee working all day. Line got to 10 people at one point with one guy sending 12+ boxes. They should really have more than one person working here especially at 3 PM

Customer Service in the store just hangs up when you try and call. Completely unprofessional

Went to print a few shipping labels and drop off some packages. The 2 employees at the front desk just sat there talking to each other about crab legs right in front of me while pretty much not even acknowledging me standing right in front of them. When I finally got my labels and packages ready to go, they pretty much hurried me out of the way for another customer that they deemed was more important. I was never even offered a receipt. Customer service here is severely lacking.

The service the to lady’s leetsa and the another lady very Very rude, they have no patience with my daughter and they yelled at her and made her feel bad.
