I am very disappointed with the lack of genuine customer service that does not exist in the store. This one a star does not reflect the person and the printing department that I worked with a nice gentleman that walked me through and had the best customer service... This star is for all the other people that could not help and seemed like they were too busy taping up boxes, or putting away stock, and then the tone and attitude really has to stop. I'm going back and forth to that place to get assistance with my project. And it appears that the people there that are wandering around. I've finally got someone to assist me and then they can't put any information in and give me any information about they wanted me to put all my information, and then who I was shipping it to?It wanted me to type in a full page of information that they should be able to do themselves. And I just asked russ there no way politely, is there, no way to find out any information of what the estimate might be for shipping.And I was responded to in a real rude tone of voice, I'd really act like they just couldn't care. And then they kept taping their boxes or putting away their stock.This is what's wrong with corporate america.This is what's wrong with these kinds of stores. Snow go the extra mile those days are over. It seemed like the only people that gave the great service were the people that were skilled in what they were doing.Which was the printing. Everybody else, just act like they were on a lunch break. I'm very disappointed and actually, now I have to drive somewhere else to get the assistance that I need. It won't be going back to this store again.

Store was ready to close, they were about to lock the doors and Trevor allowed me to grab my store pickup with just one minute left. Much appreciated.

I placed an online order and made an error, not realizing it until I picked up my items. Laura and Shari immediately helped me and rectified my mistake. I am so thankful for their professionalism and the amazing customer service they provided, knowing it was my error. I hope they will be recognized for their dedication to Office Depot.

I visited a friend in Virginia Beach, USA for New Year’s from the UK, and enjoyed such a beautiful city. Two days before returning home, I was impressed with a cashier, Shari, who greeted my friend and I, when I needed to buy some supplies at a store called Office Depot at Hill Top. Her smile and interest in my accent inquiring which part of the UK I was from, became a connection of being fans of the same soccer club, Manchester City. It’s nice to interact with people from different cultures and ethnic backgrounds, she commented. Though we didn’t become reward members, she did mention the survey satisfaction, and I promised her I would complete it. I live in the outskirts of London and the office supplies stores we have are nothing like this one and I’m glad I had the opportunity to visit your store and interact with Shari. Kudos to you for hiring her!
