I had a large order for blueprints that was past the standard cutoff time. I had called the store to ask if they could accommodate a same day order. They told me to call back when I had placed my order and that they would get it started. Great customer service. Was able to pick up first thing the following day.

Had to print something in a hurry but my "office" literacy is not the best The staff was polite knowledgeable and gave simple instructions for me to print my info quickly and straight from my phone, quickly. All smiles 😃

I've been getting my prints done at this Staples for years and I can't say enough positive things my experiences here. Customer service is top notch, they go above and beyond to make sure your prints come out perfectly and if there is ever a problem, they do not hesitate to resolve it. The production team at Staples produces high quality prints. I get 8x10 prints and greeting cards printed here for my small business and my customers are always happy with the quality of the prints.

You try to report a problem with their photocopier & they ignore you. You persist & they try to paint you as an angry customer. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Don’t bring your personal problems to work. Thanks for the response! Came today to spend $30+ photocopying All but one machine was down. I let the staff know & they grunted an acknowledgment. Progress! They did fix 2 of the 3 machines. Someday, they might even detect malfunctions?

I was very impressed by the employee who helped us, Don. I needed to urgently print content for a conference the night before the event and Don was able to help us with our last minute order. His customer service went above & beyond.
