Came in today was immediately greeted upon entry. Staff had no problem helping me find a micro SD card. The store was well organized all employees were helping customers or helping each other. Very nice shopping experience. Would recommend they have a variety of different items not just printing stuff. Thank you Staples

Quiet, not too loud may be confusing if it’s your first time in there when I walked in I didn’t know where to go, but the staff was kind enough to let me know and direct me to the Amazon return section the process was fast. I’m sure it’d be faster once you get the hang up knowing where you gotta go.

Five stars for Kim at the Chestnut Hill store. My printer stopped working after 18 months. She helped me figure out my warranty and helped me get a refund so I could purchase a new printer. She even had Josh get the printer out of my trunk and pack it up to return it. Excellent customer service. Thanks to both of them.

Staff is efficient professional and pleasant I want to give a special shout out to Jordan in Printing who was super helpful w formatting my doc for lamination and taking his time to service me properly. Stellar job done he needs to be promoted ask for him when you all visit but props to your staff they are attentive and always on point when I come in Printing dept esp
