Do not go here. The girl at the print counter told me I should just go to cvs or Walgreens to print my things. Then when I walked around the ink aisle asking for help. The recording “assistance needed in ink section” went off FIVE separate times because it senses that I was in the aisle. Not one person came to help. A worker orbited around me but refused to approach me to see if I needed help finding something. Which I did. I put down every single thing I had already picked up and left. They have to be bleeding money. I am BEGGING them to let me be a customer but the employees do not want to work. They would rather stand around by the registers and talk. While you roam the store lost until you give up and leave.

Do not go here to ship via UPS! They advertise that they come and pick up everyday, however each time I would send a package via ups drop off there it would take forever to even show up as picked up. I finally called and the worker admitted that they not only don't come on the weekends but they skip days during the week ALL THE TIME. Such a waste, you're far better off going to CVS.

Satisfied customer at this Staples location for a decade! Great to now have the full Party City balloons, party supplies and decorations at Staples. Special shout-out to the print/business services department. They have produced high-quality posters, business cards, newsletters and flyers with short turnaround time and the best prices. Their UPS shipping services are very convenient, since the parking lot is huge. When I managed a nonprofit, we got furniture,supplies and essentials (coffee fixings) for a great price.They now have an Amazon locker in-store for pickups. They also accept free customer drop offs for Amazon returns. Their online order and pick up service is also fast and easy.

Jade in the print shop was fantastic. She helped me get urgently needed labels printed in minutes, ensured my file was compatible with the needed template, and the results were pristine. Super friendly, too.

Woman with dyed maroon/red hair who works behind the printing and shipping counters needs a major attitude adjustment. I’ll never understand why someone who is unable to speak to people with kindness and respect would choose to work in customer service. Truly disappointing and nasty behavior, especially considering EVERY other staff member here is always kind and lovely. I hope she can work on her attitude issues!
