I like the quality of the printed products and the ease of creating and order. The website makes it simple and the employees at the store on Olentangy River Road (Columbus, OH) are excellent - always friendly and helpful. I send over (small) color printing orders regularly and have always been very pleased with the results.

Highly recommend if writing a term paper; essay, book or manuscript. You can queue it online and it will print to the store and pick up the next day without a hassle. Nice quality printing paper too. No more waiting in long lines at your local UPS, where they are understaffed and unable to meet the demands needed to make their business flow.

I went to the Easton (columbus, oh.) location first. The experience was awful. The associates including a store manager was not knowledgeable on how I could get my files from my phone to their system. After 2 hours of waiting the store manager instructed the employee that was trying to help me to go do something else only to tell me after 5 mins of his time I should go home and do it on my computer. I can't complete the job through my phone. I immediately left that store and went to another staples (Olentangy Rd in columbus) the associate was very pleasant. He knew exactly what to do to get the job done. It took every bit of a few minutes to get my nieces obituary (funeral program) printed and he did an amazing job. I came back later in the day and the young man who helped me was amazing as well. He handled my product with care and even looked for ways I could save online and told me he was sorry for my loss. Amazing team! My experience with the Olentangy store was 10/10. I pray they keep up the good work because the Easton store had me in tears! I appreciate people who care.

Ordered a custom poster 24×36". It turned out fabulous. Price was reasonable. Was done same day, pickup was quick and easy! Highly recommended for speedy custom sign/posters.
