It's around 8pm June 16, 2026 I walked in because I just had some questions about printing up a poster and the first gentleman was helping a couple customers but he did acknowledge me and said that he would be with me in a moment and he even gave me a book to look at so I could determine what type of print that I was going to go with. As I was waiting for him some guy came up named Noah and asked if he could help and I was just telling him that I know what kind of print that I want but there was no pricing there and he told me that I should just go online to figure it all out and I'm like well I'm here now and I'm ready to purchase a print and he suggested that I go to the website to do it and I mentioned that it felt like he was brushing me off when I'm right here to place the order and then he said that's crazy and I'm like what's crazy and he said that you think I'm brushing you off. So I try to tell him like look man I'm here waiting to speak with the gentleman that's helping the lady right there and you walk up and you tell me to just go to the website so I'm already here I have the money I have the picture I just want to get it printed and I just want to know how much and so he kind of gets the attitude and walks over to the computer and I'm like you know what man I'll just wait for this guy right here and then he said do as you wish. So yeah I don't know what the hell is wrong with people he has such an attitude he's walking around all arrogant and proud like I just don't get it and I came to this location because the Staples location of Dublin's even worse with the employees but the first gentleman was perfect he was at one actually gave me Noah's name so yeah I guess it's better to just go online then have to go here and deal with grumpy employees who obviously got attitude issues.

May 6, 2026 6:30 PM. Company policies made up on a whim. I went to drop off packages at this store. I have two online companies and we ship a lot. I have used shopping carts in the past to wheel my packages and drop them off next to the shipping/printing department and left - They just need scanned plus they wont let me use the dolly. The gentlemen angrily said that they will ban me from dropping packages off insisting it is store policy that i wait in line, watch him scan every package and hand me a receipt. I said "I want to see the store policy written stating that" replying to him and the manager he called over. I insisted to see this policy - Of course she couldn't find it. And using AI no policy exists I mentioned. She apolgized and I said it was B.S. So i told them i banned myself and two companies from doing business with staples. --- Staples employees don't know that the company makes money off of drop offs! Otherwise I think they would treat their customers better. What a terrible experience....

Clean store. Well stocked. RUDE male employee who waited on me at the Amazon Returns desk. I’ll go to a different Staples or find a different business to handle my office supply needs or Amazon Returns or even for Party City items. I’ll never be back at this store 😕

I went to Staples to drop off boxes for a UPS return, expecting it to be quick and easy. I had QR codes ready to scan, but I was told they don’t accept QR codes and needed barcodes instead. They couldn’t scan what I had, so I wasn’t able to complete the drop off. I ended up wasting my time and had to leave without sending my packages, which was very frustrating.

amazing service! Went to Fedex with a request that they said had to be sent out to their 3rd party design team, starting at $30. Got the same custom job done here at a fraction of the price & the service was amazing. Will be coming here for all my print needs from now on. Store is really clean & all the employees are really friendly too, especially Nelson, he is the best!
