Was in and out kinda fast for a amazon return. The parking lot has seen better days. Other than that staff was friendly, store was clean enough. Didn't go too far into the store. Overall I'd give them a 93%

This store and likely the entire brand are swirling the drain. They don’t have office supply inventory on the shelves but have committed three aisles to party city. I can’t wait a week for product to be special ordered while you sell balloons and party plates.

The customer service was very good. He helped me getting credit for recycling old ink cartridges. I used my rewards $ towards purchasing another ink cartridge.

I had a mattress topper that was originally vacuum sealed when it arrived. When I need to take it back to return, I put it in a large trash bag, and normally they’re unable to take it cause it’s so large, but the staff went above and beyond to vacuum the air out of the trash bag I brought it in and then saran wrap it so it could be sent off. I greatly appreciated this. This was May 14 at around 4 PM.
