This was my third time coming here, but I think today will be my last because I won’t be coming back again. At the print section today at exactly 4 o’clock, there was a gentleman working—he was also there the last time I came. I think it might be related to accent. He spoke to me very rudely. Today, the printer printed five pages incorrectly, and he told me he could fix it from inside. I waited there for about 30 minutes, and even though he saw me waiting, he didn’t attend to me. When I asked once, he said he needed to change something on the printer. While I was waiting there, he helped around six other customers. When he looked at me, he gave me an angry look. Eventually, since I couldn’t wait any longer, I said I needed to leave. At that moment, without even replying, he just turned his head away.

The Print Center staff are excellent at customer service, professionalism and thoroughness! Every time I use these services I am very satisfied with the quality and quickness of the order!

Order was poor quality and two days late. The print area supervisor was rude and would not help fix it or give their name. Then they lied to me. Never shopping at staples again
