Bad customer service. This guy was extremely rude, not only to me but to other customers as well. I had to wait around 10 minutes just to print something simple, even though there was no line and he wasn’t busy at all. I approached him in a very polite and friendly way, but his attitude was unprofessional and dismissive from the start. Instead of helping, he acted annoyed and unwilling to do his job. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service should be about respect and willingness to help, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I would not recommend this place if this is how customers are treated.

This store has poor customer service. I have experienced rude and obnoxious behavior from the cashiers more than once. Today was particularly egregious.I was there to return several boxes that I purchased at this location and no longer needed. After telling the cashier i wanted to return the boxes, she responded her sarcastically, while rolling her eyes at me she said, "you want to return these boxes?" "Do you have a receipt"? Firstly, returning the boxes met Staples return policy and secondly, why off the cuff she asking me if i had a receipt? The implications of this are too numerous to describe in this review, being a person of color and all. Needless to say, she never explained how or when i would receive my refund nor did she did thank me for my business. She just handed me a receipt at the end and looked at the customer in line behind me, very RUDE!

Beyond grateful for the shop and print experience at Staples! Victoria really provided the right on time support as I had a huge order to print. Their team was extremely busy with managing phone calls, assisting customers, and errors in printers that caused delays but they continued to persevere and treated each delay or experience with a smile. This Staples lived up to its motto “That was easy” and made the frustrating moments so easy to move past! Thanks Victoria and thanks Shop and Print Team for a job well done!

Everything is awesome a month ago

I'm not sure if the staff at this location is understaffed or underpaid or both but the customer service is absolute trash. I really really want to support our local staples, but unfortunately, this will be my last time in. They will do everything in their power to blame you until you can prove it was something on their end and then, you don't even get an apology. They made it right begrudgingly and then directed ME to put the directions in the notes next time, when I was following staples software and followed the directions on my end. The software told them to print it a different way, I'm not the engineer that coded the system, friends?! Mind you it took me nearly 10 minutes to get helped to begin with. I left, found the printing was completely wrong and had to return. I was planning to print a $1500 project here but I will find somewhere owned locally and pay a premium instead. And I can guarantee the employees couldn't care less about losing my money.

I have been to the store few times, there is not enough staff to help. The staff basically ignores the customers and doesn’t consider the wait times. When I asked for help regarding Amazon return, I was told it’s only one person doing everything and I should wait. Waited 20 minutes before someone acknowledged. Cashier was not busy and didn’t bother to come and help
