This Staples store has potential, but the operations crew needs to improve their efficiency. I waited downstairs on the floor for about 5-7 minutes to return an item on Amazon, but there was no one there. I had to go upstairs to ask for assistance, and then go back downstairs. Later, Bill, the general manager, came to help me, and the process took less than a minute. Please do better.

Dari is the best! She deserves a promotion or raise!! I came here to color print some pdf documents. Initially I tried on the printer machine trying to do it on my own, however the copies came out cropped in a very weird way. Dari was so nice and helpful she helped me print the documents in a warm and timely manner.. Will definitely come back!

Staples must not pay enough because how do you have one person at check out and a line of 4 people that takes 15 min to get through. They each must have a few items each. I make to the front, I have a pickup it so should be a real quick transaction. The lady looks at me like she wasn’t trained for this. She gets guided through her earpiece and still someone had to come up front to help her. This is more a complaint on management and lack of training and leaving someone up front alone who isn’t ready.

I ordered custom Happy Holidays cards with photos, which were ready the same day I ordered them, two days earlier than promised. The cards were well packaged in a small box. Jay at the printing desk was a pleasure to work with, and he also went through the effort to secure a favorable discount for me. This was far better service than I experienced from other Happy Holidays card merchants in prior years.

Very fast service with my printing job. There were a few questions I had but they were answered along with suggestions for future printing options. Very pleased with th work. It was completed 72 hours before I expected.
