I came to Miami with a very large amount of expensive prints I did at my local NY Staples. I had a problem with ones color when I went to mail it to the buyer. I went to this Staples and explained the situation and they still charged me a 1 hour up charge for the print. I thought Staples was better than that. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement!!!

This place is incredibly filthy. The one area you will notice this the most is the copy center. I don’t think they ever vacuum here and if they do it’s definitely not often. The copy machines are super dusty and the carpet is dusty full of staples and trash. Recently a couple was using one of them and they screamed because they saw a roach crawling behind their copier. The service is also deteriorating. Last time I was there 2 out of the 3 self copiers were not working. I went to the counter for help on printing 1 page, the boy was dismissive saying he was working on a large job. There was no one waiting in line and one other attendant was walking around. So I asked for a manager. The one came to help and he was able to print this 1 page for me right away from another station. So this is a great example for coloring good and bad customer service. You had the one guy doing the barely minimum and the other stepping up. Two whole Different responses to my request. The first guy was being lazy and doing the bare minimum. Just don’t be afraid to ask again! That’s my advice.

I want to share my incredible experience at the Staples location in Miami Biscayne and 21 st. Honestly, there's an employee there HANNA who is just absolutely out of this world. In a city where many businesses often don’t go that extra mile, she does it effortlessly. She’s polite, professional, sweet, and charming, and she always finds a way to solve whatever issue I have, no matter how busy she is (not just to me, to any client she deals with). It's rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive in customer service here, and she truly stands out as the most perfect person I've dealt with in a long time. She absolutely deserves recognition for making such a huge difference! This has been my feeling for a while, she is not just one time good attitude. SHE IS ALWAYS THIS GOOD.

Having a Staples store in my neighborhood is truly a blessing. I really love their Print & Marketing Services. Before, I had a hard time finding printers who were willing to take on my smaller projects—but Staples makes it fast and easy. I can print posters, stickers, and business cards quickly, affordably, and with great quality. Even when the store is busy, they always come through on time. It's been such a helpful and reliable resource!
