It seems like every time I call, I’m told things are “super backed up,” which I understand. However, the communication could definitely be improved. If a customer places an online order, there should be clearer expectations around when it will be ready especially if there are delays. I ordered something sentimental for a friend, hoping to have it in time and instead that did not happen.. Yes, the order was placed with more than enough notice. Keeping customers informed would make the experience much better.

Valencia and the team got my business cards ready by 10am! I was praying it was done before 12 because I knew they had until 830pm. Great people, positive attitude and very knowledgeable. Thanks again

One of the women working at the printing counter has been consistently rude every time I’ve visited this Staples. I’ve been to this location at least five times, and unfortunately every interaction with her has felt unpleasant and unwelcoming. She often gives you attitude when you ask questions, as if customers are bothering her, and her responses are not very helpful. During my last visit, there was an issue with my original order and I needed to reprint it. Even though I was already there, she refused to help me the same day and told me to come back another time. I ended up calling customer service afterwards, only to find out she is actually the manager, which honestly explained a lot. Customer service starts with management, and unfortunately the experience at this location reflects that. No wonder why their reviews are SO low!

The service is so bad. The printing section receives you with a very bad attitude, and dare you make a question because they will look at you annoyed. They apparently only have regular paper for printing, and the machine charges you before you even print, automatically $5 for one sheet of regular paper. Plus, the printer doesn’t let you adjust the size of the PDF when printing; it makes it fit to the entire paper. I ended up not printing, and I still got charged. They say “my money will be back in 3 to 5 business days” 🤯 Save yourself time, money, and energy and go to UPS to print anything ( $2.75 ) for the same exact thing I wanted, but with much nicer photo paper and way nicer employees.
