I had to come in to print memorial cards for my mom, which has obviously been a really difficult process. Chad at the printing center made the experience so much easier than I expected. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and walked me through everything without making it feel overwhelming. His friendliness and great customer service really stood out, especially during a time like this. I truly appreciated how kind and helpful he was throughout the whole process. Big shout out to Chad for making a tough day a little easier.

Picked up a poster I had printed, and the guy behind the counter gave extra time and attention to making sure that it had the correct dimensions. Excellent customer service

The guy in printers stalked me and nagged me constantly to keep me from getting a look at epson and hp printers to see if I could benefit buying one there. So I just got a cartridge for the old printer and left

Never go to this store. I had to wait for more than 30 mins to pick up my order that was ready to pickup up. The associates kept sending me to different associates and in circle. Rude staff bad service.
