Very rarely would I give 6☆s... but I would if I could! I came in on what appeared to be a very busy print day & the lady at the print desk was very sweet - but told me she was still learning the print center. Got you girl, I'm here because I don't get it either (sorry, I didn't retain her name). Lol! I hung out until Chad got back from his well deserved lunch & it was worth the wait! He walked me through the options and I told him I had a deadline because of a flight the next day. He understood & promised it would be ready.... and it was. Not only was it ready, it was PERFECT - he did an awesome job. I left, realizing I didn't get his name so I called back to talk to the manager. I'm a firm believer in reviews for both complaints and praise! Buddy answered the phone (he was in the print shop background on both trips) & I gave him my review & collected some names to complete it. In a day of poor customer service & low performance this was a great experience and I thank STAPLES! This is proof that if a company cares they can definitely hire good employees. The problem is at the top!

Came in looking for a quality paper shredder, I was greeted by the store manager who went out of his way to help me choose one that I needed. He pulled 2 of the models that I was interested in off the floor and ran paper through them so I could see the options as well as noise level and how fast they actually shred. I ended up purchasing a 20 sheet industrial model "that I have put through it's paces" My only complaint is the warranty is only for 15 days or for $100 or so I can get a 3 year warranty. I passed on the "pay for warranty deal" over all I was very happy with the service and product.

I placed an online order for balloons the previous day to pick up for 4 PM today. I arrived at 5:30 and waited over 45 minutes for two people to blow up my six balloons. The workers here have no sense of urgency and they are severely understaffed. Do not come to this location.

Great customer service. Guy with the blonde mustache at the print center was very friendly and accommodating to everyone who came in. Person at the counter was too.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! By far better than lesser or lack of service at Cupertino Staples yesterday as I am on crutches. Not only did a very helpful junior staffer here assure me they had #sodastream cartridges in stock before I got out of my car. Once inside the store she made sure I did not have to walk any farther than to the cashier! Cupertino needs some added training I guess! BTW Staples is one of the few places you can trade in empty SodaStream cartridges avoiding paying extra & have to ship in for deposit refund. Plus so far Staples is best price I've found on cartridges!
