Paid to expedite time sensitive blueprints which was supposed to be ready by 1pm the following day. Arrived around 2pm and they haven’t event started to print. Now I have to wait 3 days over the weekend to deliver the drawings. Why offer a service if you can’t deliver. And I paid extra for nothing.

I use staples for my 11x17 posters for same day pick up. Signage is so important to the business and when you need same day printing, they are my go-to. It is quick and easy from their website. Teresa is always so helpful during pick up. Personal attention to detail as well as the warm hello by name is above and beyond. -Dee

I have a small business and Staples comes in clutch when you need basic items printed quickly. It seems that they are always swamped, and granted, I've had a few issues when I receive my order, but in general, they are usually quick to fix. Yes, the overall price can be more expensive than a Vista Print or MOO (well, MOO is kind of pricey too), but the tradeoff is that you can get your order the same day. The printing manager is great and willing to help. Overall, I'll keep using them.
