Unfortunately I think Staples is eventually going to go under. I just usually go there to return for Amazon. And it always seems that the person who's checking you out at Amazon has to go to the register to check people at Staples out. I like going there cuz it's close to home and if you go at the right time it's super convenient. But definitely poor management and understaffed

I recently had a map printed and laminated at Staples, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The turnaround time was impressively fast, the print quality was sharp and professional, and the lamination was done perfectly with great attention to detail. What really stood out, though, was the courtesy and helpfulness of the clerk who assisted me. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Staples’ printing services again or recommend them to others.

Terrible experience. For such a large store, I couldn’t believe there was only one elderly staff member working. He was handling the register, answering questions, managing pickups, and processing a ridiculously long Amazon return line all by himself. The line was unbearably long and the whole place felt completely understaffed and chaotic. Do you really not have anyone else working? It’s hard to believe a store this big is run by one person. If you don’t want to stand in line forever for basically nothing, do not come here.

I left their store sad and depressed. The people working there are not very friendly and you can feel they’re not happy with what they are doing. I get it we should not expect everyone to be in a good mood and I also usually do not make these kinds of review but this place is just very sad. I will never go back here for my amazon return.
