William B a week agoOFFICE DEPOT REVIEW A five star review for a five star Office Depot a.k.a. the print shop the printer because this is where we like to do a print WHERE DO I PRINT STUFF the other day I came in here and I walked up to the register and I asked the lady at the register. How do I print stuff and she said there’s a print station right over there and she pointed me directly to the printers. I went right over there and boy they sure are printers INSTRUCTIONAL APPROACH combiner review into an instructional kind of approach of how are you going to the store and make a print so let’s start with step one which is entering the store ENTERING THE STORE when you went to the store you went from Aquilo and you go through two automatic doors. If the doors don’t open it’s too early and the shop isn’t too late and the shop and the shop isn’t open. We’ll see the hours are very good and handy and convenient for when you need to print NO TOILETS warning. There are no toilets in here so if you need to do a big print job, I recommend taking care of that before you go to the office FINDING THE PRINTERS through both of the sliding doors you turn basically you have to do a 180 but not out the door like you turn left and then you step a few steps and then you turn left again probably do like a two 7270 no no no no no no but anyway you go to the printers and there’s a little bit of a labyrinth to get to the printers, but in a fun way like there are stacks of paper. A and other items that you have to navigate through in order to get to the printing section and you can see the printers on the horizon so you won’t get lost, but you will need to navigate around DOUBLE DOORS AND CLOCK if you follow my instructions just to be clear, you enter through the double doors and then you turn right and then you enter through another side of double doors and then you turn left probably about 80°. If you entering the store and you’re looking on a Clock, you probably want to go to the 8 o’clock Mark you know eight or 9 o’clock to 9 o’clock that’s perfectly 8 o’clock go to the station anyway I’m getting off peace here. PRINT JOB Let’s get back to the job which is printing the print job so then you walk over to the printers. Once you navigate it through you’ll see them and you’ve got a couple of things that you need to do the first select your payment or maybe that second but you have to think about that as you got from the Brittan you have to think about how you gonna get your job to the printer and the way I like to get my job to the printer is by emailing it to the email address and then they send you back a code and you enter the code and then while you’re printing PRETTY CHEAP what else is that to say about the paint shop is pretty cheap really cheap AMERICAN CURRENCY warning though not to use the printer to reproduce American currency, I think that’s a good reminder often times I look at money and I think wow I wonder if I could just copy and paste this in some kind of print shop but you can’t do That. It’s against the law and the rules of printer THIRTY EIGHT CENTS you finish your print and pay your $.38. and then you walk out a new man SHOPPERS GUILT there’s a condition that I call shoppers guilt and that’s when you print something out but you leave the store without checking out at the main counter and it often because you’ve been in the shop for a little bit of time they look at you like did this guy just rob the shop but no, I didn’t. I was just doing print job. BACK TO THE PRINT SHOP What else? What else is there to let’s go back to the band which is reviewing the print shop once you’re done with the print you pay leave and I give the print of five size unless you need a binder in which case too expensive four stars all related things are too expensive, but the whole experience is better than federal express
David Brown 3 months agoI WAS ROBBED when I purchased a HON® 510 25"D Vertical 4-Drawer File Cabinet from Office Depot for $679.99 and it was delivered smashed on the side. I made multiple attempts for 11 days where it sat outside my front door to have it picked up, and they never picked it up and never returned my money. I had someone come and take it to the dump. Attached are photos of it sitting outside my front door and a photo of the file cabinet when it was in the truck when it was being taken to the dump. You can see the dent on the right side of the file cabinet when it's lying down in the back of the truck.
Omar G. 5 months agoI had a laminate made this morning, January 22, 2026, and the service was not at the level I expect from Office Depot. The laminate came out with a lot of bubbles, and when I brought it up to the manager, he told me that was “normal.” I showed him a previous laminate job I had done at the same store with no bubbles at all, and he told me that I was “lucky” that time. This is not acceptable. Also, because the lamination was done using adhesive/glue, my original paper may now be damaged if I try to remove the laminate, and it might not be in good enough condition to be re-laminated. I wanted the lamination redone properly, but due to the glue, my original document may no longer be usable. On top of that, I was not offered an apology or any appropriate resolution. At the very least, I would like an apology from the store representative.
Jim Hillin a month agoWelcome to Office Depot, where every shelf confidently suggests you’re about to become more organized than you actually are. The illusion is strong, the supplies are real, and for a moment, everything feels under control. Credit where it’s due—it’s convincing.
Rachel Shabtai 3 months agoGive May a RAISE PLEASE! She was so wonderful and so so helpful. I went to UPS to get my table number cards printed and they told me they don’t offer this service..pointed me to Office Depot instead and even though it was busy, May helped me and walked me through the process online of how to submit my order. Needless to say I am thankful for her because of how tough a week I’ve had feeling so overwhelmed with everything that I literally cried thanking her even though she was busy as all hell because I needed these done yesterday. THANK YOU MAY!!!
