Store manager is lazy. “We’re out of Amazon labels” so we cannot do returns. UPS store said it’s been a problem for a while now. Drove all the way to staples to find this out.

Great customer service! Employee acknowledge me despite it be extremely busy in the printing area. I was impressed by the level of customer service and attention to detail, even in the midst of a hectic work environment. The employee's professionalism and dedication to their job were truly commendable. It's rare to find such exceptional service in today's fast-paced world, and I left the store feeling grateful for the positive experience.

My wife and I run a small content agency and needed some business cards and a banner made for an event with a quick turnaround time. Staples did a great job with the speed, ease, and quality. This location can kind of move slow sometimes due to what seems to be a small staff, but they're nice and courteous.
