I had an exceptional experience working with Avery at Staples in Rancho San Diego. Over the course of a few weeks, I called the store several times to ask questions about printing specifications for a set of professional booklets I was preparing for an important presentation. Avery was always incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as she guided me through things like formatting documents from Canva so they would print correctly. Because of an unexpected situation, I had to delay my printing and ended up working on a very tight deadline. Avery stepped in and truly went above and beyond to help me get everything completed on time. She treated the project as if it were her own and made sure the final product looked professional and was ready when I needed it. Her customer service skills are outstanding. She is kind, respectful, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. Experiences like this are rare, and I’m so grateful for the care she showed throughout the process. I will absolutely continue going to this Staples location because of Avery. She is wonderful to work with, and Staples is very lucky to have her! Thank you so much!!

I absolutely love shopping here! The staff is always super helpful and friendly, making my trips so much easier. Plus, they have a great selection of office supplies and tech gear at really good prices!

Sales associate Brenda provided truly excellent customer service. She was very informative and helpful, and I appreciate the time she took to assist me. She would be a wonderful example for training and follow-up with other associates. I do wish the store made more use of its floor space, perhaps moving some of the novelty items toward the back rather than near the register area. It would also be helpful if price-checking stations were available for customers. Overall, I had a very positive experience thanks to Brenda’s assistance.

I traveled 30 minutes to get there because the my other option is even further but much nicer. The store was somewhat empty of appeal. The staff was bored and I was ignored. There did seem to be at brisk business in the copy area. It was clean and it was organized just not visually appealing. Just meh
